I had the greatest sense of pride walking out the door of work on Friday. I couldn't wait to return Monday and wow my clients with all the new tools I'd learned in Sales University. But one thing is for sure - this week went array. Out of my control that I can't help, but move on and refresh this feeling of belief in my company's system for next Monday. Taking time to write thank you notes, under promise and over deliver, and make sure that my clients have expectations that are realistic and powerful. To show them my confidence in my work and most importantly to show them I care. A $200 client means as much to me as a $2,000. A relationship is a relationship and building strong partnerships is what I thrive on. * I don't know what the picture with hot pink lipstick has to do with anything. Except for the idea that because it's a similar color that my Nan wore I was drawn to it.
